Brüdenkompression

In vapor compression, a distinction is made between mechanical vapor compression and thermal vapor compression. In mechanical compression, the vapor is compressed using a compressor. In thermal vapor compression, the vapor is brought to a higher temperature using steam or a vapor evaporator before being returned to the distillation column.
